New Wine Ireland Office Manager (part-time)
New Wine Ireland are recruiting for an Office Manager who will play a key leadership role in ensuring New Wine Ireland operates effectively, sustainably, and with clarity.
Alongside providing high-quality operational, administrative and people management support, this role is central to strengthening systems, improving ways of working, and actively contributing to the mission and future direction of New Wine Ireland.
The post-holder will take a proactive and forward-thinking approach to office and operational management, ensuring that financial administration is accurate and reliable, communication flows well across teams, compliance requirements are met, and responsibilities are clearly owned and followed through.
This role is not only about maintaining existing processes, but about shaping and embedding systems that support the charity’s mission and enable New Wine Ireland to pursue its vision with confidence, capacity, and integrity.
Job Title: Office Manager
Hours: 16–24 hours per week
Rate of Pay: Annual Salary based on contracted hours, worked at £16.50 – £18 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Part-time (2-year fixed, subject to probation, with a strong possibility of extension/permanent)
Location: New Wine Ireland Office based at 60 Belfast Rd, Dollingstown, BT66 7RJ (with some flexibility for occasional remote working. Attendance at some key events will be required, including the annual Summer Conference).
