Pastoral Care Training
The diocese runs pastoral visiting training for lay people on an annual basis. The next course dates are yet to be announced.
Introduction to Pastoral Visiting (for lay people)
This invaluable training introduces church members to the principles and practice of pastoral visiting as well as basic adult safeguarding. The training is especially suitable for members of parish pastoral care/visiting teams.

Please note that church members should have the approval of their minister before undertaking pastoral visiting on behalf of the parish.
