Holy Trinity Glencraig seeks to recruit a passionate and pioneering Pioneer Evangelist / Pioneer Minister to lead the exciting Seedbeds initiative in North Down.
Glencraig Parish Church seeks to be a seedbed for the Kingdom of God, connecting with people and establishing new pathways to faith for those in the North Down settlements of Cultra, Craigavad and Seahill.
This full-time role will focus on helping people with little or no church connection encounter Jesus through Alpha, community outreach, schools’ engagement, discipleship, and fresh expressions of worship and community.
We are looking for someone with:
A vibrant Christian faith
A heart for evangelism and discipleship
Experience in outreach or pioneer ministry
Strong relational and communication skills
A passion for reaching young adults, families and the wider community
Based at Holy Trinity Glencraig, North Down
Full-time | 3-year contract | NJC Scale 4 (Points 7–11)
