Ordination of Presbyters 2026

Bishop David ordained Revd Matthew Gaw and Revd Kyle Flanigan as presbyters at a service in Down Cathedral on Sunday 14 June 2026. Revd Simon Genoe, rector of Magheralin Parish and Joint Diocesan Director of Ordinands was the preacher. Matthew was ordained for the curacy of Donaghcloney Parish where he is already serving and Kyle was ordained for the non-stipendiary curacy of Holy Trinity Glencraig.
