More than a programme, this is an invitation into a year of deep formation, hands-on ministry, and courageous faith, learning not only what ministry is, but how it is lived.
As part of a pioneering church plant, you'll have a front-row seat to how vision becomes reality, leaders are formed, and communities are transformed. This is a unique opportunity to learn from the ground up, contributing to what God is doing in Belfast while being shaped into the leader He is calling you to become.
Runs from September 2026-June 2027
Applicants must be aged 18-25 and a follower of Jesus Christ with a desire to grow spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically.
