David Jardine talks faith and football
OLM Deacon, Revd David Jardine, was recently interviewed for the 'Saturday Service Football' podcast about Christian faith and the beautiful game.
David, who is part of Willowfield Duffers FC in the churches football league, talks about his faith journey and how it has sustained him through the hugely challenging effects of long Covid. The episode also covers his playing career, his work within Willowfield Church and prison chaplaincy, ordination and how worship music has helped him through his health struggles.
David will be ordained OLM presbyter in Saul Church on Sunday 13 August.
