The Six:Eight Leadership Academy is designed to help you grow deeper in your relationship with Jesus while experiencing firsthand what it looks like to build and pioneer a church plant.
You won't just study the principles of ministry, you'll live them. As part of a pioneering church plant, you'll have a front-row seat to how vision becomes reality, leaders are formed, and communities are transformed. This is a unique opportunity to learn from the ground up, contributing to what God is doing in Belfast while being shaped into the leader He is calling you to become.
More than a programme, this is an invitation into a year of deep formation, hands-on ministry, and courageous faith, learning not only what ministry is, but how it is lived.
Runs from September 2026-June 2027
Applicants must be aged 18-25 and a follower of Jesus Christ with a desire to grow spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically.
