Women's Ministry Leader
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Willowfield staff team as Women’s Ministry Lead, as we seek to grow our ministry among women.
Working alongside the established staff team, dedicated volunteers, and existing programmes, you will help enable our church’s pastoral care, discipleship and equipping of women within the congregation. You will also be a member of the Senior Staff Team, and part of the teaching and preaching ministry of Willowfield.
Willowfield is a church in Inner East Belfast. It is part of the Church of Ireland’s Diocese of Down and Dromore. Our vision as a church is to impact our community for generations to come. Raising up women who know and love Jesus deeply, and who serve him with passion and determination, is essential to seeing this vision fulfilled.
Due to the nature of the role, there is an occupational requirement for the person appointed to be a female and a Christian.
Hours: A minimum of 20 hours per week, with the opportunity for up to 40 hours per week based on the successful applicant's requirements.
Salary: NJC Scale Point 25
