Six:Eight Church seeks to appoint a part-time Academy Lead.
Six:Eight Church marks a bold new chapter for St Patrick’s Ballymacarrett in East Belfast. Inspired by Isaiah 6:8 - “Here am I. Send me.” - we are establishing a new church community, rooted in scripture and alive in the Spirit.
As a Resource Church, Six:Eight carries a specific calling to raise and release leaders, strengthen discipleship and support renewal across Belfast and beyond.
One of the primary ways we will do this is through the formation of emerging leaders.
To help establish this, we are launching a new Academy Year and appointing an Academy Lead. This is a foundational role in a pioneering season — shaping the culture, content, and experience of a year designed to form and release leaders.
We are looking for someone who loves to invest in people, carries a heart for formation and leadership, and wants to help raise and release leaders who will shape the church and city in the years to come.
Reports to: Lead Pastor
Hours: Part-time (20 hours)
Contract: Fixed Term (13 months)
Salary: £26,250 FTE
Start date: Late May 2026. Interviews: Mid-May 2026
