Loughview Area Deanery meet to pray and worship
Bishop David has asked all the Deaneries in the diocese to meet this year and pray for revival in their churches and communities. Loughview Deanery met last night in St Elizabeth’s Dundonald.
“We had a great evening, spending time in praise, hearing from God’s Word, and praying together,” said Archdeacon Jim Cheshire.
“As well as prayer points offered by each parish for folks to pray through, Aisling Pitt from Scripture Union set up a number of prayer stations throughout the church. It was an encouraging night of united prayer and worship!”
The parishes represented were: Ballybeen, Ballymacarrett, Dundela, Dundonald, Knocknagoney, Sydenham, Holywood and The Gathering (Titanic).
