Diocese hosts HR training for Select Vestries
The Down and Dromore admin team hosted the first of two free HR training sessions for Select Vestries on 9 February in Drumbeg Parish Church.
Mark Mason from Mark Mason Employment Law Ltd led the session and the topic was Recruitment and Selection and Beginning the Employment Relationship.
Those who braved the awful weather to attend found the evening extremely useful and informative.
We are holding a further session with Mark Mason in Drumbeg at 7.00pm on 26 February when the topic will be Performance Management and Absence Management.
