Lay Reader, Gillian Stevenson, features in podcast
The latest episode of Canon Jono Pierce's podcast, ‘Bitesize Chunks of Faith’, features an interview with Gillian Stevenson, one of our longest serving Diocesan Lay Readers.
Gillian is a lifelong parishioner of St Finnian’s, where Jono is rector, and has served as a Lay Reader for 44 years, much of that time alongside a career in teaching.
As well as sharing very personally about her faith journey through the highs and lows of life, Gillian talks about her sense of gratitude and responsibility as she has led and preached in her home parish and around the diocese.
