Children,Youth & Family Worker, Belvoir Parish
At Belvoir Parish we long to share the good news of Jesus with those around us. For this new role of Children, Youth & Family Worker we are seeking someone who has a deep faith and a passion for ministry to children, young people and their families, helping them to encounter Christ and grow in Him.
The post-holder will work alongside the rector and staff team in developing existing ministries in our church and pioneering new initiatives and activities that are evangelistic in nature, reaching out to children, young people and their families in our local community who don’t yet know Jesus, drawing them into God’s family.
Salary (depending on experience): NJC F/T pay scale 5, band 12 £28,597 to band 17 £31,021 (pro-rata 30 hrs: £22,877 - £24,816 paid monthly in arrears.)
Working hours will include weekends, daytime and evening work and will require the post-holder to be flexible within 30 hours per week.
