Bangor Worldwide at St Saviour's Dollingstown
If your own church has no evening service this Sunday 17 August, you're warmly invited to St Saviour's Dollingstown for a night of worship and to hear about mission in Ukraine and Ireland (in partnership with Bangor Worldwide Convention).
Speakers
Igor Bandura - Vice-President for International Affairs, Baptist Union of Ukraine
Igor is a pastor and missiologist, expert in the field of global partnerships of church and missions. In the UK he is partnering with the Slavic Gospel Association. Ukrainian Baptist Union’s main ministry priority is to preach the Gospel, raise a new generation of pastors and evangelists and plant new churches. He is witnessing the work of the Lord even in the midst of the calamity of the war and destruction. Bandura represents a grassroots network of more than 2,000 churches across Ukraine - local pastors and congregations helping their neighbours day after day as relentless missile attacks continue to destroy people’s lives.
Nevin and Lorraine Anderson – Pioneer Ministry
Nevin and Lorraine Anderson are part of the Pioneer Ministry movement in the Church of Ireland and are planting a new worshipping community in Warrenpoint. They live in Bessbrook. Magheralin Parish is their sending church.
Nevin recently completed the New Wine Evangelist Training Course, and Lorraine is an accredited counsellor, working mainly with people affected by addiction. Together, they have served in a variety of volunteer ministries over the years. They are passionate about helping others explore faith and find a spiritual home.
St Saviour's, 64 Belfast Road, Craigavon, BT66 7JR. The service begins at 6.30pm.
