New Area Dean for Dufferin
Bishop David has appointed the Revd Dr Stanley Gamble as Area Dean for Dufferin in Down Diocese.
Ordained in 2007, Stanley has been rector of Killinchy and Kilmood for 13 years and in June of this year was appointed as a canon of St Patrick’s Cathedral, Dublin. He is married to Sarah and they have two children.
Stanley said of his most recent appointment:
“I am honoured to be appointed as Area Dean by the bishop. Area Deaneries play an important role in encouraging and supporting local parish ministries and outreach activities. We have a number of vibrant and healthy parishes in the Dufferin Area Deanery, and I look forward to working alongside colleagues and friends as we seek to grow and develop our ministries.”
