Youth Worker (full–time)
This is an opportunity to join Magheralin Parish staff team as a full–time Youth Worker.
We want to continue to grow our youth work trusting in our vision to see God working in the lives of young people.
Your help to support programmes, the provision already in place, and dedicated volunteers, will enable further development.
If you join us, you will be responsible, amongst other things for, working with parish young people, development and running of programmes, building relationships, inspiring, and modelling good practice among emerging leaders/volunteers, encouraging a deepening of Christian faith and discipleship, pastoral care and support and being an effective member of the parish staff team.
The key requirement to succeed will be a passion and desire to reach out to young people and the initiative and organisational ability to effectively engage with them to demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ and draw them into our wider Christian community.
