Regather – an event organised by the Church of Ireland Evangelical Fellowship, takes place in Hillsborough Parish Centre at 7.30 pm on Friday 18 November. The speaker will be the Rt Revd Andrew Forster, Bishop of Derry and Raphoe.
Regather
Over the past few years, Covid has forced us to find new ways to be together. However, Christianity is a religion of presence. God took flesh and dwelt physically among his people (John 1:14). We follow what He modelled: Hebrews 10:25 calls for us to keep meeting together physically. As we move forward, we must regain the beauty of presence and the wonder of gathering anew as an incarnational people. Gathering together tangibly is essential to our discipleship and worship. Thus we must ‘Regather.’
