Revd Jim Fleming is appointed Hospital Chaplain
Congratulations to Revd Jim Fleming, who has been appointed as the Church of Ireland Chaplain in Lurgan Hospital. He will be employed by the Southern Health Trust to carry out this very important role.
Jim said, “It really is a privilege and a huge responsibility to be selected for this role. I love coming alongside people, supporting them and offering pastoral care. I look forward to bringing these passions to the Chaplain’s position in Lurgan Hospital.”
Jim also leads one of the diocese’s church plants – Killicomaine Community Church in Portadown – and is the Area Manager for NI with Christians Against Poverty (CAP). He was ordained presbyter for Local Ministry in 2021.
