Seven new Diocesan Readers commissioned
Congratulations to the seven new Diocesan Readers commissioned by Bishop David in Down Cathedral on Wednesday 29 June. This brings our total number of Diocesan Readers to 70 plus 14 emeritus readers, some of whom remain very active.
The bishop was assisted by our Diocesan Warden of Readers, Revd Willie Nixon and Revd Raymond Kettyle, rector of St John’s, Lurgan, gave the address.
