Vacancy for Receptionist with Clerical Duties

The Joint Committee of the Church of Ireland Dioceses of Connor and Down and Dromore is seeking to appoint a Receptionist with Clerical Duties.

This is a full–time position (37.5 hours per week) and will be based in Church of Ireland House, Donegall Street, Belfast. The contract is for one year, but may be subject to extension

The post holder will provide a comprehensive clerical support service and fulfil reception duties in Church of Ireland House and respond appropriately to enquirers as the first person to greet visitors.

As the successful candidate will act as a representative of the Church in dealing with the public, outside bodies, parishes, clergy and others visiting Church of Ireland House, they will be expected to be committed to working within its Christian ethos.
