St. Brendan’s celebrate the start of the holidays
Around 350 people gathered to celebrate the start of the school holidays with a free community event hosted by St. Brendan’s in Sydenham.
Held in the grounds around the church, the event attracted local families and children for an evening of outside fun, inflatable castles, BBQ, slushies, ice cream and plenty of other food associated with the summer!
The community celebration is the start of a number of events throughout the summer before a ‘back to school’ fun day in September.
