Archdeacon of Dromore adds his congratulations
The Ven Roderic West, Archdeacon of Dromore, has offered his congratulations to the new Bishop Elect.
He said: “I offer my warmest congratulations to David on his election as the Bishop of Down and Dromore.
“I have known David for many years and we have worked together in the diocese since we were ordained. He is a good friend, a great colleague and a faithful disciple of Jesus. His call to be bishop is a further step on that journey of discipleship. God has called him, gifted him and will further equip him for this new season and his new responsibilities.
“I assure David, Hilary and the family of my prayers in this next stage of ministry.”
