Visions Enabler, Belvoir
Belvoir Parish is looking for a “Visions Enabler” as part of a developing staff team.
The Visions Enabler will work alongside the Rector, as part of the staff team, to grow the mission and ministry of the church in Belvoir Parish.
This is a part–time role (15–20 hours per week, negotiable).
The role of the Visions Enabler:
- Visions enabling: taking embryonic visions and creating the pathways to realisation
- Visions facilitating: creating an environment in which people feel secure and empowered to participate
- Visions weaving: weaving the visions into one integrated tapestry of mission and ministry – the visions flow together as one vision.
