Sciolto, conducted by Dr Paul Berry, performed music by Tallis, Bainton, and Noble as well as a setting of the 'Ave Verum Corpus' by Jonathan Geoghegan. Jonathan, a music student at Durham University, was also present to play the organ for the choir, along with Mark McGrath, who is currently director of music at St Finnian's Parish Church, Belfast.

The choir, formed in 1996, have been prizewinners at both the Sligo and Bangor International Choral Festivals, and they are also regular contributors to BBC radio. This was the Sciolto's first visit to Christ Church Cathedral.
