St Patrick’s Ballymacarrett is a historic church at the heart of East Belfast — and a new chapter is beginning.
Six:Eight is forming here as a new worshipping community: a people hungry for the presence of God, open to transformation, and ready to be sent into the life of the city. This is about more than gatherings — it’s about a community shaped by encounter, rooted in Scripture, and alive with purpose.
In the months ahead, we’ll begin gathering regularly, creating space for people of all backgrounds to explore faith, find community, and grow as disciples of Jesus. Whether you’re curious, returning, or ready to go deeper — you’re invited.
At the same time, St Patrick’s will continue its pattern of traditional services, remaining a faithful and prayerful presence in the parish.
Looking ahead, the building will be carefully refurbished to support this growing vision — creating a warm, flexible and welcoming space for worship, formation, and mission.
More details about gatherings and ways to get involved will be shared through the Six:Eight website and channels, with an official launch planned for late 2026.
This is a moment of renewal — not starting from scratch, but building on a rich legacy as we step into what God is doing next.
