Heritage Evening in Aghalee
Aghalee Parish Heritage Project invite you to a Heritage Evening on Thursday 16 February at 7.30pm in Soldierstown Church Hall. Prof. Brian Walker will speak on the subject ‘Our Holy Heritage – the church history of Aghalee Parish through the ages.’
Aghalee Parish Heritage Project is supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and aims to promote the heritage of our local parish area in all its aspects. As well as the restoration of the historic Holy Trinity Church (Soldierstown); we have the wider aim of enthusing and informing others about the heritage of the surrounding parish area – especially our historic links to the hamlet of Soldierstown, and the Lagan Navigation/Broadwater.
