Diocesan Course on Faith Sharing
This free short training course will take place over four consecutive Tuesday evenings from 14 February to 7 March at 7.00pm. The course is open to anyone but may be particularly useful for those of us who would struggle to naturally share our faith story with others.
It is a practical course (no assignments required!) led by the experienced Church Army evangelist, George Newell.
The four topics covered are:
- Session 1. Who, What & Why – Who we are in Christ / What is evangelism? / Why should we do it?
- Session 2. The Gospel, what is it? – Exploring together the Gospel message
- Session 3. How we share – Part 1 – Exploring Methods in sharing our faith
- Session 4. How we share – Part 2 – His story / Our story – How to share the Gospel simply / How to share our own faith story
