DDYC is hosting a series of four First Aid for Mental Health Workshops delivered by Tom Tate from ‘WhyMind?’. The workshops are free and are delivered via Zoom.

No.3 – Wednesday 3 March at 7.00 pm: For those in any form of church leadership

The workshop will last around one hour and cover:

  • Introduction to first aid for mental health
  • Practical steps for helping others
