In association with Mark Mason Employment Law, the diocese is offering HR training at two different locations in November.
Employment Law Essentials will offer an overview of the employment rights that employers need to know about, from recruitment to dismissal, tailored for the church context.
Who is the training for?
For clergy and parish staff or volunteers with HR responsibilities. This will be limited to two people per Parish/Union/Group with a maximum of 40 in attendance.
When and where?
Wednesday 13 November in St Mark’s Newtownards. Tea and coffee will be served from 6.30 pm and training will be from 7–9.00 pm.
A second, identical event will take place on Wednesday 27 November in Dromore Cathedral.
