Mind Matters funding available
Applications for seed funding from the Mind Matters COI project are open until 29 July 2022. This phase of the project will provide financial support for local mental health promotion initiatives which will address one or all of the following themes:
- Reducing stigma;
- Promoting connections;
- Clergy training and supports; and
- Mental health and faith.
Who can apply?
Applications are encouraged from Church of Ireland churches and organisations including:
- Dioceses
- Parishes
- Parish organisations
- Youth groups
- Other groups with a particular interest in mental health
Grants range from €500–€10,000 and must demonstrate that they will contribute to positive mental health and outline it’s sustainability.

In order to apply, an application form must be completed. The closing date for receipt of applications is 31 July 2022. It is envisaged that funding will be available from early autumn 2022.
