Mount Merrion Church holds Christmas Memorial Service

Mount Merrion Church held its annual Memorial Service on Tuesday evening. This is a quieter, more contemplative service with some music, readings and periods of silence to allow everyone to reflect on loved ones no longer with them.

Their names may also placed on the memorial Christmas tree which is on display throughout the festive season.

Rector, Revd Adrian Green said: “It is always a privilege to conduct our Christmas Memorial Service each year and speak hope into the lives of individuals and families coming to terms with the loss of a loved one.

“The generosity of those that attend never ceases to amaze and  £869 was raised for NSPCC Northern Ireland. Thank you!

“Thanks again to Willowfield Private Funeral Home for co–hosting the evening.”
