St John’s is a medium–sized parish with a warm congregation. Newcomers are made most welcome and there are plenty of oppertunities for involvement in parish life. Worship patterns cater for both traditional and modern outlooks.

Over the next five years we hope to build on our strengths, especially in terms of increasing our co–operation with the other churches in Newcastle. The new parish hall has recently been completed and we look forward to using these new facilities in new initiatives aimed at building up our parish life.
