Morning service at Holy Trinity Church is well attended and the congregation welcome visitors and individuals and families who have recently moved to Ballywalter and the surrounding area. The Sunday School takes place in the Minor Hall beside the church after the children have come with their families to the first part of the service. The Evening Service has a regular congregation and its peace and quiteness are much appreciated. The church has choirs, a Mother’s Union and regular mid–week meetings for Bible Study, prayer and friendship. There is a Boy’s Brigade and a Girl’s Brigade Company in the village.Choral Evensong at St Andrew’s church, Balligan has a wonderful atmosphere in a little country church lit by candles and oil lamps.

We hope to continue to share our Christian faith and worship and warmly welcome newcomers to the village as the parish continues to grow. We wish to minister to all age–groups and hope that our ministry to children and young people will grow and develop.An important part of our ministry is to help mission and famine relief in poorer areas of the world and we would like this to develop and continue.
