God is in control
We share with you a message of encouragement to Bishop Harold from Bishop Justin Badi in our link diocese in South Sudan – a country whose recent history has severely tested the trust of its Christian people.
Dear brother bishop
Grace and peace from God to you. The dominant news in the media here is the UK referendum result. I do not know how that means to you, but what I can say is that we trust God for everything. The Bible says that in everything, God works for the good of all those who love him (Romans 8:28).
God can bring good out of all events in human history. Ours is to pray for God’s guidance to the leaders and the spirit of love and peace in the heart of the different parties.
