Your chance to pray with us in the last 3 days of 24–7 Prayer

It’s hard to believe that our year of 24–7 Prayer will soon come to a close. Every parish and church plant has played its part in maintaining an unbroken chain of prayer throughout 2014 and the Prayer Scroll is on the home straight.

Ballynafeigh will hand over to Willowfield on 22 December and on 29 December the scroll will make its last journey through Belfast to St Anne’s Cathedral. We will look back at this amazing year at our New Year’s Eve Celebration on 31 December and look ahead with excitement to the Year of Mission 2015.

St Anne’s Cathedral is a diocesan cathedral for both Down and Dromore and Connor and plays a significant role in the life of the City of Belfast. Whatever your church background we invite you to come along to this shared space and join us in the last few days of our 24–7 Prayer vigil.

Each 24 hours is divided up and you may sign up for a prayer slot anytime between 10.00am and 7.00pm on December 29, and 7.00am to 7.00pm on December 30 and 31.

Sign up online here.

Outside of regular service times, the Chapel of Unity will be a specific location for 24–7 Prayer and you may find the prayer stations there helpful. The nights will be covered by the Diocese of Down and Dromore and prayer will continue throughout the New Year’s Eve Celebration which begins at 9.00pm.

Throughout the year, our prayer rooms have been places of ‘sanctuary and encounter’ and we trust that you too will find blessing as you set aside time to be in God’s presence.
