Engaging Diversity, Staying Faithful

The Church of Ireland’s Inter Faith Working Group, under the chairmanship of Archbishop Michael Jackson, is holding a half–day seminar in Edgehill College, Belfast, on Friday 2 March.
The event, entitled “Engaging Diversity, Staying Faithful” will provide a space to address some of the theological, pastoral and practical implications of inter faith dialogue.
Speakers on the day will include the Rev Canon Dr Alan Race (former Dean of Postgraduate Studies at St Philip’s Centre for Study and Engagement in a Multifaith World, Leicester), Mr. Iain Stewart (Interfaith Development Worker with the Church of Scotland) and members of the Northern Ireland Inter–Faith Forum. The seminar will begin with lunch at 1.00pm and finish at 6.00pm.
The cost of the conference (including lunch and tea/coffee) is £20 or €25. Students may attend free of charge.
