Biblical faith, worship and prayer are foundational to the life of every Christian and the life of this diocese.
They are the platform from which we launch ourselves into the world as God’s Kingdom people, called to love, follow and serve the risen Jesus.
What a privilege to partner with God as he works to rescue and restore the whole earth.
The Wider World
The church in Down and Dromore is linked with other Christians worldwide, including Albany, Maridi and Northern Argentina. We learn from each other, partner each other in delivering aid projects and combine in reaching others with the gospel.
The Community
The church does not exist in isolation but it has a ministry to the communities around it. Many parishes are active in this ministry, assisted by a variety of parachurch organisations.
Children & Young People
A lot of great work goes on amongst children and young people at parish level and the diocese and Church of Ireland as a whole help to resource this ministry.
